Program Highlights
NIOS & BOSSE Recognition
NIOS – National Institute of Open Schooling is an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. It conducts Secondary and Senior Secondary examinations, and NIOS certificates have recognition at par with certificates issued by other recognised school education boards.
NIOS qualifications can support eligible students in progressing to higher secondary education, undergraduate studies, professional programmes and employment, subject to the requirements of the respective institution or recruiting authority.
BOSSE – Board of Open Schooling & Skill Education, Sikkim was established under Act No. 14 of 2020 by the Government of Sikkim. BOSSE is included in the Ministry of Education’s list of school boards in India, and its certificates have been granted equivalency by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for further studies.
BOSSE provides flexible Secondary and Senior Secondary education for learners seeking an alternative pathway to complete their school education.
